SSL Healthcare Italia, located in Bologna, is the Italian subsidiary of SSL International plc and was created from the merger of two Italian companies: Seton Scholl Italia S.p.A. and Hatù Commerciale S.p.A., previously part of two multinational companies, Seton-Scholl and London International Group.
